Need some advice

I am 4 weeks 4 days pregnant today. I have been very lightly spotting since Thursday. Sorry tmi but it's not on my underwear and barely there when I wipe but it is in there. I also have cramping some days. I know it can be normal but I just can't shake the feeling that this is going to end soon. This is my first pregnancy but my sisters have had miscarriages so I know the reality of them. I am just so scared. I have a sono next week. How do you stay calm and think positive? I admire all of your strength so much I just don't know if I have it in me.

I'm a few days behind you. Last week I had red blood, not much, but enough to terrify me. We had 1 beta under our belt and I was sure it was over...
I went for my 2nd beta and emailed my Dr during the day to see if my results were in, at which time I let him know what was going on. He assured me that in early pregnancy, when the beta is rising, that bleeding is quite common. I actually saw a clot the size of a pencil eraser that completely freaked me out, but have been assured that bleeding from pregnancy loss this early is very uncommon... That being said, thankfully my bleeding has gone away for now, but I think the fact that its only there when you wipe is a positive sign. Are you on any suppositories? That can cause irritation & bleeding too. Hth!
Eta: he also said it could be Implantation bleeding.

Thank you! My beta numbers were good 127 12dpo and 269 14dpo. But that was Thursday and now I have to wait until next week. I wish they would do betas every other day until the sono! I am not on anything my progesterone was good.
