Need some dinner suggestions
DH says that he is getting bored with our dinner selections so I am trying to incorporate new things. His dad was a butcher so he gets us so many meats, sometimes too much it takes months to actually finish all of it.
Anyway, here is what we've been making and what I am thinking of adding. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. I am not a great cook so please keep them simple.
What we make: BBQ steaks (DH puts a rub on it but we never really marinade it) Burgers Baked Chicken Breasts Chicken Cutlets Pancakes Grilled Cheese Pizza
What I am thinking of adding to the mix: Chicken Parm Pasta (althought DH isn't a huge fan) Raviolis
Thanks Girls!

Re: Need some dinner suggestions
Thank you girls so much.
I should mention DH doesn't eat pork and won't have anything with alcohol. And to make it even more difficult, I am a very picky eater.

Re: Need some dinner suggestions
well.. theres a lot you can do with chicken breast. we make a mushroom stuffed chicken that comes out AWESOME ( the recipe is on here somewhere)
also take chicken, come uncooked rice, some frozen corn, and a can of cream of chicken soup put it all in a 9 x 13 pan, cover it and bake it for like 30-35 minutes ( until chicken is done). a whole meal in one dish!
chicken stir fry is good and easy- you can buy a bag of frozen stir fry veggies. just cut up the chicken and cook it in a frying pan, and then add the veggies and some soy sauce and cook it till the veggies are done... another whole meal in one pan!
if you have a crockpot, you can make chicken cacciatore in the crockpot. just put the chicken, some peppers, an onion, some garlic, and a can of crushed tomatoes in the crockpot. and let it cook while you're at work... serve it over rice or pasta.
with beef you could do meatloaf, tacos, chili
