Need some help
Can you give me some ideas of what foods I can eat to shed a few pounds.
I love salads but I feel like I have to have everything in them. I eat cereal for breakfast but I am starving 2 hours later. I snack on pretzels and 100 calorie packs of baked cheetos. I love chocolate that I want to try and cut out of my diet. I love pasta. I drink a ton of water.
I dont like fish.
My pants are gettin tight on me
Help me start a food plan to help me eat heathier.

Do you like veggies? How about snacking on some carrots and celery? I also drink seltzer water alot in addition to regular water, it gives me that full/bloated feeling.

Its sounds to me like you'd benefit from adding some more protein or calcium based foods into your diet. Hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, yogurt, low-fat string cheese, nuts, fruits and veggies will probably help keep you feeling more satisfied than the snacks you're currently eating.

What kind of cereal are you eating? Some are more filling than others. Multigrain cheerios or Kashi Heart to Heart are good options. Oatmeal and whole grain english muffins with lite cheese are also good breakfasts Try to eat lots of fruits, veggies and lean meats like chicken and turkey. Also, 100 calorie packs can be very deceptive- they are usually not filling at all. You may want to try different snacks like veggies with hummus or Fiber one bars. Good Luck
