Oriental Trading for sure
Definately bubbles work for all those ages and maybe sand toys ...

Re: need some ideas for dd's birthday favor bags
For DD's 1st birthday we put these in the favor bags.
- 2 coloring books (or kids that were a little older and not into coloring, I put word find books in there)
- a box of crayons (or a couple of character pens)
- a find Elmo book (almost like where's waldo)
- bubbles (I had found one shaped in ice cream cones )
- a pair of sunglasses
- a box of sidewalk chalk
- candy necklaces
- 2 lollipops
- and a kite
--and I can't remember if there was anything else.
Maybe for the little one, maybe put some snacks (even though they are young) - like puffs, teething cookies, small box of cheerios. (I will have to get back to you on that one)
Hope this helped a little

I went to Star Track in Farmingdale. It's like an Oriental Trading, but I like that I can see the product.

Walmart has huge bubble wands and various character kites for a dollar each in their Summer section.
