Need some ideas for food to feed my event staff
My job entails running technology at events. I hire college students to assist. Last time I brought cheese and crackers and a veggie tray. Other EM's have bought pizza. Give me some ideas of food that can be left out and unrefridgerated for a number of hours and that have a good mix of protein and carbs.

Re: Need some ideas for food to feed my event staff
Does it have to be food-food? Because a tray of cookies is always good. When I set up food for college events/students... it was always cut up sandwiches/wraps, veggie platters, large tray of cookies and large tray of dessert bars (lemon bars, brownies, blondies, etc.). I have to say the cookies were always a big hit! But what about some cut up wraps or mini sandwiches?

Thank you..I have them working from 4-10 or 11PM so yes it has to be something substantial. But I can do the ookies for dessert--hmmm maybe a panera tray

A hero or wrap platter with a pasta salad. Veggies with dip, pita chips and hummus?
