Need some quick pain relief help
ahhhhh my boobs are angry!!! I'm not BFing, I'm wearing a tight sportsbra around the clock, ice packs, not letting the shower water hit them, but tey are still hard, huge and extremely sore. What can I do to relieve some of the pain???? How long will this last?
TIA

Re: Need some quick pain relief help
My ol' trick was to wear the smallest underwire bra I had to keep the girls separated...then put the sports bra on over that...then Motrin (Ibuprofin works better than Tylenol)

Re: Need some quick pain relief help
Have you tried cabbage leaves inside your bra to ease the pain and help dry up your milk? I hope you feel better!

pour a cup of water in 2 diapers. when frozen they will cup great and not drip when defrosting and can be freezed.
