Need some suggestions...DD's 1st birthday party favors? I have no clue!!!
We are expecting about 40 people for DD's 1st Birthday party.
Since we are the 1st on both sides of our family, and friends to have kids, i don't really have to worry about kiddie favors, but i want to do something for the adults to take home.
Dh's 2nd cousins will be there, they will be 10 and 6, but everyone else will be over the age of 25.
I am doing a carnival theme for her, we are having carnival/fair like foods, decorations etc.
What to do about favors? Websites? I desperately need some suggestions!!!
Mugs with her pics on it are out...
Thank you so much!!

Well I really don't think favors for the adults is necessary... we are only doing for the kids and all the parties I have been to only has for the kiddies also. But if you are set on it, maybe cookies or candy bars with her picture on the wrapper?

I agree with the cookies... There are websites and places that makes cookies a photo on the cookie...
That would be the best way to go...
or-- do what I did-Jacob's theme was Sesame Street so I bought Hershey miniature chocolates and made up wrappers that had Sesame Street with JAcob's 1st Birthday on it and spread them on the tables..
I got the wrappers from a vendor on ebay--very cheap...

Our theme was Sesame Street and we had chocolate sesame street character lollipops for each adult to take home - not really a favor, but a little treat.
I was going to suggest cookies too! For Michael's Christening we gave out hand decorated cookies - in a Spring theme and now I'm doing the same thing for my SIL's baby shower only we're doing baby animals.
The company I used and am using is Sunflower Baking http://sunflowerbaking.com/ - the woman is really nice to deal with and the cookies are REALLY good!! She will do anything for you - I think clowns or animals are good for a carnival theme.
Another good company for this stuff is Veronica's Treats - although I haven't used them, I've heard good things about them. http://www.veronicastreats.com/Default.asp?Redirected=Y
What about getting those red and white popcorn containers and fill them with caramel corn or something along those lines and wrap them in cellophane paper with a cute little tag on them...

You're very welcome!
And just because I'm bored, I found the popcorn bags I was talking about:
