Need some tips for my dd's 1st birthday party
Since we live oos, her party will be small, held at my house
any ideas of some "fun" things to do at the party? I plan to get some food catered and get her a cute cake

Re: Need some tips for my dd's 1st birthday party
My friend had covered her coffee table with big paper (the kind on a roll) and the kids just got to color all over it. She had a bubble machine in the house. It was little. I think she said she got it online. The kids loved it. How about making a montage of her 1st year to have playing so people can watch it? We had a bounce house at her 1st birthday. The kids loved it. I think they're actually better with less kids than a big crowd.

Re: Need some tips for my dd's 1st birthday party
We had our DD's 1st birthday party in our backyard. We rented a tent and set up all of DD's outdoor things underneath. We have a swingset & slide, a wagon, a ride in car, a small ball pit, a seesaw thingy and a climb in rocket ship. We had about the same amount of kids as you too and they had a blast.

We do the paper-covered tables, too. We rent a Mason's hall, so there are a dozen or so tables. We cover about 4 tables, and have stickers and stamps on one table, chalk on another, crayons on the next, paint on another, etc. Depending on the age of the kids.
DS went to a party, and they had rolls of bubble wrap for the kids to jump on and pop all the bubbles. That kept them busy for quite a while!
