Preferably without cinnamon because my mom and I hate it. Thinking maybe a compote?
Anyone have a good (and simple) recipe?
TIA!

What about stuffing with apple? I'm sure there are plenty of easy recipes you can find but I've even added apple to stovetop and it's delicious.

A restaurant I go to serves these fried apples. They're sliced apples that are battered and fried. They're delicious!

Apple and potato hash with bacon and leeks or onions...just sauté it all in a pan, add some rosemary, salt and pepper and call it a day.
