Need suggestions -
I've been reading through your posts and I'm getting very motivated to start losing weight.
here's my issue - I need to lose weight even though I don't eat a lot. For whatever reason in the summer I'm just not that hungry and skip meals. My DH is never home so I don't even cook anymore , sometimes I'll just have cereal for dinner.
I did WW years ago and lost weight, but I remember even back then it was hard for me to eat my daily point allowance sometimes.
any suggestions?

Well, would def, say that you must eat even if you are a light eater. I have 3 meals a day...small but try to keep it healthy. But I also snack throughout the say w/ veggies and fruits. That keeps your metabolism going. Good luck Donna!

You should definitely try starting to eat small healthy meals throughout the day. Breakfast is very important to keep your metabolism up. Skipping meals may actually cause your metabolism to slow down and cause your body to store fat. This is like my mom... she barely eats and wonders why she is getting a little bigger... because when she actually does eat, her body is storing all those calories in the form of fat to use as a reserve of energy for when she is not eating!

I have the same exact problem!! I eat 1 at most 2 meals a day!!
With WW I can't force my self to eat.. I really just can't but what I do it try to drink alot of water and fruits inbetween. Also for my meals since I am eating smaller portions I do eat a little more throughout the day.
I think also the most important part is making healthier choices.
Like Julz said I think this is part of the reason I am not loosing weight b/c its messing up my system!
Exercise will help you build up more of an appitite as well!! I am really lazy in the summer b/c of the heat! But the more you move around the hungrier you will be!
