Need testing opinions
So AF is due Sat, with no signs in sight. I have an appt to get my Beta done on Monday morning. My family was kind of hoping I would test tomorrow to see if we get a Christmas miracle. I am hesitant. I dont want to test too early and risk a false negative b/c its too soon (if I am indeed PG). I also dont want to get a real negative and not be happy tomorrow. It would be great if it was positive, but unfortunately, we all know how that goes!
Opinions?! Keep in the back of your head that I used an Ovidrel trigger last week (dont know how long the residuals last from the HCG).

Re: Need testing opinions
What day did you trigger? That is usually gone within 10 days and you can "test it out" by testing from 10 days on to see if the line gets fainter.
I personally would not be able to wait, since AF is due Saturday (is that 14DPO? or DPT?) testing one day early might give you a BFP - BUT if you think it will ruin your Christmas to get a BFN I would wait. Hope and no answer is better than a BFN I think!

Re: Need testing opinions
Thank you both for getting back to me. I decided not to test. If I do, I will wait until at least Sat, but I will most likely wait for the Beta on Monday. I am about 10dpo right now.
JenMarie. I am sorry that you got a BFN.
I hope you both enjoy your holiday (if you celebrate) and good luck with future attempts. I will be praying for you!
