Need the best techniques to induce labor! Help!!!
Any good techniques to naturally induce labor? I am 2 cm and having contractions every 5-6 minutes but are not strong. I am very, very ready to meet this baby!

I ate pineapple at night and the next morning I went into labor. If you are having contractions every 5-6 minutes it sounds like you are in labor. I would call your doctor and let them know.

I was at the hospital last night and got sent home bc i was stuck at 2 cm. They told me to come back when the contractions get stronger or they could schedule a voluntary induction which i really dont want to do since i am 39 wks.

It should happen soon then. Do a lot of walking. My doctor said you can be admitted at 3 cm so only 1 more to go! Good luck!!!

walk.. my friend walked around her hospital this past summer and i think she went from like 2 to 5 (or something like that) in about an hour.. but please walk with someone and carry a bottle of water.. good luck!!

I walked a lot today and just lost my mucus plug!! Hopefully I get to meet this baby sooner than later
