Need the wisdom of those who have been through the IUI process (as I impatiently wait for my doc's office to call)!
So this is my first IUI cycle.
I did clomid days 3-7 and am currently on CD 12.
I went for monitoring on CD 10 and was told I had three follies measuring a 12.
Today, which is two days later, I went back and still have three follies measuring a 12.
Is it normal not to see a change in two days?
And wondering when they might want me back for monitoring again.

If you went this morning; and took bloodwork I assume; they will be calling you sometime today to tell you when to return.
Most likely at this point; they will want to see you again tomorrow and probably every day afterwards; until you are ready for IUI.

No, it's not "normal" to not see any change. Usually there's a 1-2mm growth per day. Your blood work will be an better indication of what's going on, though.
They will probably want to see you back in 1-2 days, depending on your b/w results.

I agree, it isn't normal. I had very long cycles and had to be on clomid/femara more than once a cycle to get my follicle (I usually only had 1) to grow to the right size. Those cycles never worked for me. The cycle that worked was with femara days 3-8 and follistim for days 9-12, trigger shot on day 13 and IUIs on day 14 and 15.
They will probably monitor you again in a few days to check your hormone levels.
Good Luck!
