need to bring penne alla vodka to a dinner- how do I keep it warm?
I think I'll bring it over in a bowl but when I get to the dinner, should I just microwave it for a little bit to warm up? What's the best way to keep it warm? It's a 20 min drive away.

I would put it in an aluminum tray and warm it on the oven when you get there. Also, I would save some sauce to warm in the microwave or on the stove and mix in before serving so it doesn't not get dry!

If you are heading over right after you've made the pasta, wrap the container in a big towel to keep the heat in.
