Need to dye my hair and cant wait till 14 weeks
can you tell me what you use?
someone had mentioned henna but my patient came in and when I was done the girl left so I couldnt ask her about it.
does anyone know what she was talking about?

Henna is great and also L'Oreal's Color Spa! It has no ammonia!

You can get the regular dye at any drug store. as for henna, you can get it prof. done OR you can buy it at a beauty supply.

I asked my doctor about hair dying and he said that it is safe to dye your hair in the first trimester but it is a personal decision. I decided to wait until I am out of my first trimester, so I plan on going next week.
