Wejust got the call from my FIL that my DH's aunt in Scotland has died. We want to send flowers to his uncle & family. Any suggestions?

Re: Need to send flowers overseas who should I use
I've used 1-800-Flowers before to send flowers to Ireland. it really doesn't matter... they just use the local florist anyway.
To be honest, if your DH knows of the local florist in the town or can call the shop directly, it will be a LOT cheaper.

I used FTD and 1-800 flowers. They will contact the local florist.

If you are sending them to Scotland try Inteflora They are the UK's flower delivery service. That should be your best bet.

That's FTD. They will work with Interflora in Europe.
