need your advice (work related)
ive been working at my job for about a year. its my first out of college job.
Though i love my direct manager and i love what i do, i really dont like the way many of us are treated, benefits, and even many of my coworkers (pigheaded men)
Part of me wants to start looking for another job but the other part of me is saying "the grass isn't always greener on the other side".
i make X right now. if i went interviewing at other places, i know for sure that i could ask for X+15k.
is it worth it?

you'll never know until you look. start looking and see whats out there, you may be disappointed or you may be surprised.

I was going to say this as well. I was at a company (same industry) for 6 months and was so miserable. But I was afraid that would look awful on my resume while interviewing with other networks. I was able to angle it that I couldn't allow x opportunity to pass me by while I was at the other job. It worked and I got the new job and stayed there for 3 years.
Good Luck!!
