My friend who was randomly in town this past weekend dropped of an almond joy cake that she made because she knows I love her baking...

I had some this weekend


and now its in the fridge in the garage

I am stuck home all day

and I am SO tempted

HELP ME

Pour water on it immediately! That's what I do when I am about to eat something I shouldn't....who wants soggy cake?!

Wrap it in plastic and foil then stick it in the freezer. Have a glass of water and a piece of fruit or a small piece of chocolate.

If you still want it later- you'll have to unwrap the layers and cut a piece off the frozen cake- too much effort.

Ok ok....this sounds ok

I will pour water in the future on other things though, not a WHOLE cake though, maybe a piece LOL

Honestly? I'd throw it out. The freezer doesn't stop me from eating the things I love.
