Neighbor's House for sale (West Babylon) 419,000 / 8,000 taxes
Just came on the market.
Description is wrong (I think) I doubt it is an 8 room house with 6 bedrooms but ya never know. I've never been inside so I can't tell you anything other that what you see in the pictures.

1st floor EIK, LR, 3 BR and bath
2nd floor 3BR and bath

I don't really know whats going on with the family but I think they may want a quick sale so a buyer may be able to negotiate an even lower price.
Its a nice street, some families with kids, some older folks, close to a church and park with a VERY small playground (no swings though).
