I use it and have had no problems. I don't microwave the formula though. I think all formula says that though. To heat it you are supposed to use a cup with hot water to avoid hot spots.

I use it and it is wonderful! DD went through 3 other formulas before we found this one to work. I microwave every bottle for her and have had no problems. I agree with the AP -- that you're really not supposed to microwave any formulas because of the risk of hot spots, and burning the baby. I just shake it before I give it to her.

I used this and had complete success. Actually we have a neonatologist friend that likes this over any other formula for his patients. My brother also used it with his children and had great success as well. I served it with lukewarm water though. I just mixed it with a mixing cap and served in Dr Browns which got rid of all of the bubbles.

You know, I have been using this since a few days after she came home from the hospital and I noticed she was having more and more gas episodes and it was REALLY smelly gas!! I kept thinking she pooped, but there was nothing there. When she did poop it was really smelly too. After reading your post I thought maybe it was from the Good Start, so I switched her back to Enfamil yesterday and her gas isn't smelly anymore. So I guess I won't be using it anymore! I'm bummed because I had so much of it that I got free or inexpensive, but oh well.
