Not quite Levittown, but I can highly recommend Dr. Ira Turner in Plainview .

Dr. Kellerman in Plainview. (DH's old neurologist, changed because of insurance reasons)
Dr. Grace Forde at Franklin LIJ (DH's current neurologist)

dr. noah rosen at LIJ is very good and his specialty is headaches. i am not sure if that is what you need a neuro for, but he is highly recommended.
