never count anything out when it comes to wedding gifts :-)
ok.. so we got married in june 2005- almost 1 1/2 years ago. my parents friends never gave us a gift, but we just kind of left it alone- the wife is a SAHM and we didn't know what their $$ sitation was at the time...
ANYWAY fast forward to today, and we get a card from them with a check for $150 and a note saying that on our wedding they had just gotten back from a vacation and she had forgotten the card and just never remembered to send it! LOL not sure what made them remember now, but i'm glad  so i guess its never too late to expect a wedding gift from "stiffers"

We got married in September 2005 and just got a wedding gift this past weekend. I guess late is better than never.

I was married in 1998 and just got a gift from hubbys friend (in our wedding party) that put an IOU in the card!!!!!
