never do this, but would love good thoughts!!!!
So we currently live in a 3 bedroom regular split, which is fine, but we always since the day we moved in knew we wanted a much bigger home...we've been looking, not dilligently but if something reallky struck us we'd go look, well the other day a house in the same town we live in just a different area, an area I loooooove on a street I loooove came on..the house is with the original owner so it hasn't been touched since the 70's think green and brown shagh carpeting EVERYWHERE....anyway it's the style of home I looooove a splanch, and A LOT bigger than ours...we put an offer in right away and have everythng lined up, being preapproved etc...we're waiting to hear back from the sellers agent today..and honestly I haven't been this excited/nervous about a house ever...we're so ready, we want a bigger home that we can stay in for a while if not forever..and honestly the green shag and all doesn't scare me bc I'd love to re-do everything and make it my own..I always knew I wanted a house that I re-did or built from scratch bc I want it to be completely my taste...if u KWIM...so I'd love some good vibes/thoughts today!!!!!!!
