Why certain words in posts are in green and when you hover over them little boxes pop up? Did I miss something..?

Ahhh You know.. I looked at the titles of posts on the first page of NFR and didn't see anything that looked like a post about it and then I typed "hotlinks' into a search and didn't find anything so I thought I was good.. you know..not reposting something that was posted 8 billion times already.. but I guess I wasn't good enough...
