New bathroom habit with one of my dogs

so Mystic now decided for the past week or so that she wants to go to the bathroom at 3 am every morning. She has never done this before. I do let them out once more before i go to sleep but still at 3 Mystic is still at 3 am is barking her head off till i get up and let her out. Like i said she just started this. what gives? anyone have this happen? will i ever get back to sleep the night again? lol I feel like i have a baby in the house. with a 3 am feeding. Nothing new or and changes so i have no clue why. any ideas. I am going to call the vet later today when i can. but i wanted to see if anyone else has gone through something like this and if it is just a "phase" she is going through or if it turned out to be a medical problem. thanks
