New Black UGG classic boots outside feel like felt material?
My sister received a new pair of Black UGG classic tall boots. She noticed that this pair was a different feel then normal. The feel on the outside is more of a "felt" type of feel then soft.
When she called UGG they stated that they have received a lot of calls recently after x-mas with regard to the Black color UGG's. The woman stated on the phone it may be because they now use a different color dye?
My sister wanted to know if anyone else had this experience with there new black color UGG's and if so if after awhile did they break in and feel more like the suede material they are know for?

Right here.
I just received a pair of Classic Short Uggs & complained about the same thing. Mine actually felt fake, and they had lines across the top of the boot.
The rep told me that I should return them if I'm not happy. He never told me about the new dye.
I compared my Ugg to my sisters (who had hers since last Dec) & the quality is completely different.

 soooo annoying right!!! uggg.. She was soo annoyed.
Yeah she called and got a lady rep and the lady rep said they have received multiple calls since after this X-mas complaining that there Black Uggs quality on the outside is horrible.
So my sister is returning them and going to just get the chocolate color ones now.
I need a new pair of the black cause mine are soooo worn out but now knowing this I will not order them now. Such a shame.
