New Co-Op Photos

Good morning,

DH and I updated our photos. This is our co-op in Great Neck:

The original photos were fine, but we changed around a few things.

We'll see what happens. It's very slow now though--I have the feeling it's going to take awhile.

I used to live in GNT, I sold mine last year I think within one or 2 weeks of putting it on the market...great location, you shouldn't have a problem, good luck!

Thanks! We think it's a nice place, but we both really want a house at this point.

What a difference a year makes! Ours has been on the market for over 2 months now, no offers. There are a bunch of 2-bedrooms here that also are not moving, and sales seem to be slow in our area generally. Going into this, we knew it would be slower than it used to be, but we didn't think it would be this slow. I remember places used to sell very quickly here.

Thanks for posting though, and hopefully we'll find a buyer soon.
