New Disney Junior channel
...has anyone heard what channel this will be on Cablevision?
My kids can't wait to see the new pirate show

it is the same channel as playhouse disney - it is becoming disney junior.

They just changed the names so playhouse Disney is going to be Disney Jr. now with a couple of new shows,. It starts Monday.

i thought that channel 31 (or 731) was the new "disney junior" (since it was playhouse disney and changed to disney junior). but i guess 31 will be just regular disney. so what channel will disney junior now be? anyone know?
i have cable.

Just realized that this thread is over a year old but I'll post anyway! The new 24-hour DJ channel is taking over the Soapnet channel which is 68 on Cablevision. This is happening on March 23rd from what I've read.

Now I am totally confused. I called Cablevision Saturday to ask them what channel Disney Junior will be and they said that they don't know what channel it will be which I totally don't get since the channel starts on Friday.
I asked them if it was included in my package (Silver) adn they said right now it is only being offered on the new Value package ($64 a month). If I want the Value Package, I have to get rid of HBO, Starz etc. I am SO confused..and annoyed!
