New favorite thing...coconut milk!
Since I'm following the GD diet I picked up some coconut milk as a healthier alternative to cows milk. It's really good! I got the unflavored one, and it really does the trick for satisfying my dairy craving. Just passing along if anyone else migt like it.

i got my hands on some unsweetened almond milk the other day. I've yet to try it but I heard it's good.

I was not expecting to be very good honestly! Especially the unflavored. Almond milk is delicious, especially the one from Trader Joes. I use it for everything in place of cows milk.

I told fatthead when the time comes I want tiny tot to stay away from cows milk. I'm sure my il's are going to love that

my kid guzzles almond milk unlike cows milk. go figure.
I haven't had coconut milk straight but coconut almond tastes very similar to straight up almond.

I agree, coconut milk is delish! I use it (or almond milk) w/ my gluten free cereals. I tried it as a creamer w/ my coffee, but I still haven't found anything better than Trader Joe's soy creamer for my morning cup 'o joe (I'm a reformed half & half drinker, so replacing it in coffee was super tough!!).
My new guilty pleasure is Trader Joes cherry chocolate chip soy ice cream OMG!!!! amazing!!!!! If you're avoiding dairy, give it a try, so good! I wish they had more flavors for soy ice cream but I don't think I'll get sick of it anytime soon

When I was on the GD diet I used to buy soy slender soy milk in chocolate . It's very low in carbs and sugars. It's not sold in the refrigerated aisle but in the boxed soy milk aisle of king kullen.
