anyone ever been to Louden New hampshire? DH is going to race his motorcycle next weekend on the track and i was just wondering if there is anything at all to do there during the day!

It seems like the only thing in Loudon is the NH Intl Speedway! LOL
But I was trying to figure out for you how far the lakes region is, we go to Holderness/Squam Lake and Weirs Beach is right near there on Lake Winnipesaukee. (your DH may know as they have Bike Week in Laconia every June)
Here is a site with stuff to do, there is a craft show, a shaker village, arcades and games at Weirs Beach for the kids,

ETA: I see that Loudon is actually mentioned on the Lakes region site so it can't be that far

when we were kids we stayed on lake winnepesauke. there are outlets in concord, which is about an hour away. and weirs beach is fun, if they still have a water park
