Did anyone read it?

So Rita Skeeter published a new story. It says Harry is about to turn 34. But in the final book the last chapter was 19 years later and he was 17, almost 18 making him 36-37. But now in the article he is 34 and it's 7 years later. I don't get it. He was born in 1980.

I wonder what the cheek scar is?
