New Here & 1st IUI Tomorrow!
Hi, I'm new here! I've been lurking for about two weeks now...
My details: me: 39 DH:36, we have been married for 6 years, we never tried to get pregnant and then in Jan I got pregnant on the pill and it ended up an ectopic..fortunately I did not have to have surgery, I got the shots of methotrexate and all was resolved, but I was devastated. We started trying on purpose in April and when nothing happened for 3 months we went to the RE in early July...I have luteal phase defect and DH has a lower sperm count - on the normal end of lower - but good quality and speed! My RE says I have two very nice follicles which will have nice size eggs and my lining is great.. and last night I got my ovidrel shot...So, here I am...trying to be patient and waiting for my first IUI tomorrow morning. I am nervously excited and cautiously optimistic, if that makes sense. God I hope it works!
