New here (with a quick question)!
Good morning ladies! I am very happy to say that I'll be joining you on this board now!! Although I "knew it" for over a week, I got my official BFP yesterday morning 
I was wondering if you could please share your favorite informational websites & books re: pregnancy? I'm so overwhelmed & have no idea where to start...
Thanks in advance & I wish you all a VERY happy & healthy 9 months!! 
ETA: I apologize if there are already threads that answer my question...I did a quick search, though, & couldn't find them...

Hi!
I have a few books, but I like What to Expect and Your Pregnancy Week by Week. If you want to laugh, get Belly Laughs. As for websites, I just google and see what comes up. I do like I am pregnant ( i think that is it) because it shows you pictures of what the baby actually looks like each week.

I have the book "your pregnancy week by week", but honestly, I get more info off of these boards

This website is full of info and people that experience pretty much everything you are going to experience. I love it!
I do a lot of google searches also whenever I am curious about something
eta - I also did purchase "what to expect when you are expecting" but i did not read it cover to cover. It is very boring. I use it to look certain things up that I need info about.

Congrats!!
I liked "Pregnancy Week by Week" and was told NOT to buy "What to Expect..." being that it has too many "what-if" scenarios. If you get it, I would use it for reference, not to read cover-to-cover.
My BEST advice is to use LIF! 
There is nothing like BTDT (been there, done that) Moms to give you great REAL advice!

I love justmommies.com pregnancy calendar.... it keeps track on exactly where you are in your pregnancy, and also how your bean is developing....
oh, and for registry / product info, the infamous baby bargains book is a must buy.....

Welcome and Congrats!! My favorite pregnancy book is 'Your Pregnancy Week by Week.' I think it is much better than WTEWYE.
As far as websites, other than LIF, I check out:
Baby Center
And I get the daily emails from the
What to Expect website. HTH!
