New-ish townhouse complexes?

My parents are looking into moving into a townhouse/condo/gated community and we're having trouble finding nice newish complexes (in the $400,000 range). I live in Massapequa, so they don't want to go too far. No more than say 20 minutes in any directions. Any ideas? All info is appreciated!

Re: New-ish townhouse complexes?

check out MLS number 2197123

its in massapequa on sunrise highway
its amityville schools but since its for your parents they wont need to worry about that.

Noise could be a problem since its close to sunrise but they have some units that aren't that close to the highway

Thank you for the responses. They actually went to the Massapequa one & the CI one. They loved the one in CI but don't love the location.

My Aunt and Uncle just moved into their new home in this complex last week. I haven't seen it yet but I have heard from other family members that it is very nice and very reasonably priced.

There are a couple of new complexes right in Massapequa... one is on Town Line Rd, and the other is on Sunrise right near Town Line. One is 55+ (the one on Town Line) and I have been in a two bedroom unit, and they are really nice!
