New Jersey

My husband is getting upgraded at his job soon and we plan to move back to the NE. For obvious reasons, I want to move to NJ. DH will likely work at Whiteplains. Does anyone know of any nice areas in NJ in proximity to whiteplains?

If you are moving to NJ for the fertility benefits....make sure you research your DH's insurance policy first!

I live in NJ...and the company I was working for when I was going through IF treatments...did not pay for IVF (they did cover 6 lifetime IUI's). They has a self-insured plan...which means that they paid the insurnace company a lump sum for the policy...and then they collected the money for the benefits used. This allowed them to pick and choose what would be covered and what wouldn't...regardless of the state mandates. I tried everything to get around it....but I couldn't.

So..make sure you check with your DH's insurance to see if they will cover IVF regardless of the state mandates. Good luck!

My DH's insurance is based out of VA. I have to get the job with the benefits. Thanks for the heads up!
