new listing! house for sale in Levittown!
we inherited DH's parents house after they passed away..
we did ALOT of work on it, and hoping to sell it at a fair price... its such a drain on us .. if any of you are intersted or know someone pease FM me!!!

That house is right near me. Right near Memorial. Great location. Humongous yard.

yea its a couple houses away from Memorial.. and its behind Abbey Lane Elementary..
the yard is HUGE!! and we think this is going to sell this house!

yea obviously the house is a little old.. and not so much updated.. BUT its very clean and all new rugs! so thats important!

most people add a second bath upstairs in the Levitt houses... so yes you can add one!! its usually right when you walk up the stairs in the hallway!

in a lot of Levittown houses the Washer is in the kitchen area and the Dryer is in the back room.
this is the ONLY thing i dont like about the house.. luckily our house in Levittown has both washer and dryer upstairs together.

we PRAY that we sell it kind of quickly.. we really think that the yard will sell it.. Levittown properties are generally small
plus we are very willing to negotiate.. money is not a huge factor.. we just want to get rid of it for closure.. DH is so drained by it

I am very sorry that you have to go through this. I forgot to mention in my post above. We went through it and its very stressful. I am sure that yard will help it sell.

that house looks so familiar.....what is the address? my sister just bought on Bayberry Lane last year (right off Abbey Lane). its so funny how the set up of the houses are so identical!!
ETA- I like the use of space in the kitchen w/ the extra storage above the cabinets, my sister's kitchen is really outdated, and her oil burner is still in the kitchen (it looks like it might be the spot where the fridge is shown in your pictures). does the house have a formal dining room? my sisters doesn't- they hope to eventually convert the garage into one. that yard is tremendous!!! you have it listed at a good price, I think it will move pretty fast (my sis paid 362K and that was in October 07 for a 60x100 lot).
