New Mom..Diaper issues
It seemslike every time my daughter poops, it goes all up her back.
I make the diaper as tight as I can.
Am I doing something wrong or is this just what happens?

The diaper might be too tight forcing it up her back. That would be my only guess as to what the problem might be.

Have you tried a different brand? I know for my DS, he leaked out of every Huggies, then we switched to Pampers and not one leak since!

I would try sizing up. Whenever DS had a blow out we would go up a size and that would solve the problem.

same here. I know DS's diapers are too small but I have less than 10 left and I'm too cheap to throw them away  so I try to be extra quick when I know he pooped... but it doesn't help much.
