New product for being comfortable in heels that I saw on FB
Check this out. It's called PreHeels. It's a spray that you spray on to your feet before putting on your heels (I'm sure it will work with flats too) I saw it on FB & read the comments & people say it actually works.
I just ordered one through FB & they also sell it on Amazon for a little more money. I hope it works! preheels

If only it would help with the severe pain I get in the ball of my feet when I wear shoes.
Or keep me from constantly stepping out of my pumps no matter how much I size down and how many heel grips I use

i have the SAME problem in pumps! I can size down all i want but by the end of the day - flying out of them. UGH. I never used to have this problem! it only started in the last year or so and i have no idea why!

I finally thought I figured out that it was my instep. Like my instep is too high.
I have no issues in boots or booties of any kind, or high heeled open toe sandals.
It's only a closed toe pump.
I feel like it's the shape of it.
Like my foot won't stay in it.
It's so annoying, esp this time of year.
I can't wear sandals anymore, and sometimes a boot just doesn't work.
Ughhhhhhhhh
