My company has 3 important documents, the training manual, the policies and procedures, and the FAQ. All which are posted on the booking engine's back office.

I spoke to my boss on Thursday about some things that need to be updated. Their are things that are not consistant and some things I just dont have the authorization and/or access to do make and/or do. He told me to have a meeting with JZ and come up with the verbage then give it to him and he will make all the updates. He said he's not waiting for the chain of command of approvals as that will take forever and a day so just make the notes and he'll update it.

Today I had my meeting with JZ, then went to my boss and handed him a stack of papers. My boss said to me for me to get with him tomorrow and he's going to give me the full access to the website and I will make all the updates. I said to him well dont you want to see what we came up with. He said no, I trust you and JZ came up with the verbage that is consistant and appropriate. I fully approve and tomorrow you'll have the access. Chat Icon
