New the board & completely terrified
Hi, I'm new to the board, I'm 18 weeks pg (due in Feb), I'm more than a little crazy and I have somehow convinced myself (for no reason) that I have an incompetent cervix & its just a matter of time... can I ask my dr to do pelvics before the late 30wks? Is there any way I can tell on my own that everything is intact?

Definitely tell your doctor about your concerns, though I'm sure you are just fine. Early in my pregnancy, I kept reading about what could go wrong and worried that I might have this or that. If your doctor says all is well, try to relax.

Congrats. You should ask your ob to check your cervix at your next visit. Everytime I get nervous he measures with the sonogram machine. Good luck
