New to the Home Section...
Pretty old to the rest. Hi All! My name is Stacy. Long standing member of LIW and LIF. Been away for a while. My husband and I are active duty Marines stationed in Beaufort, SC and we are currently in the process of house hunting/putting down some offers. I'm scared and all sorts of other things but above all excited and would love advice and help so I turned to the place I always think of first...everyone here.
So, there's my intro and my plea for some help! Thanks in advance and I hope to get some awesome info from you all.

Where are you looking for a house, in SC? What areas?
A friend of a friend just bought a 1 yr old house in SC. Im not sure of the town though
