some quick background info - i have PCOS and have been seeing dr. b since novermber. doing injectables/femara and timed intercourse. second injectable cycle had a chemical that i thought was a fluke.. well i got a BFP on saturday and a beta of 42 on monday... only to have the 2nd beta only be 46 and the third went down to 41 . so it looks like this isn't a keeper. we were so excited to get the BFP i never thought it would be over 4 days later.
i figured its already so hard for me to get pregnant (i dont ovulate without meds) that i never thought that once i got pregnant it wouldnt stick.
so i go back to dr. b on tuesday to find out whats going on. he said small chance its ectopic, so im that its not and i just m/c naturally and the beta goes down...
but apparently i now qualify as recurrent m/c..
i am really sad about what could have been. it was my first real BFP (the chemical never really came up on HPTs, i got a beta of 5) and DH was so excited. im sad but im already ready to move on i just have to wait til the physical part is over...
