Re: New Years Eve menu?

I am hosting a party

I just put an order in for a 4 foot hero, italian and american, plus potoato, macoroni, and cole slaw.

I am getting appetizers at BJ's
Frozen stuff and some cheeses and crackers.

I am also going to make either baked ziti or lasagna I have not decided yet.

Re: New Years Eve menu?

we're going to use the fondue pot for the first time (like three years after we received it) - so we'll have that with vegetables, chicken and shrimp

i'm making lasagna

we're doing the chocolate fondue later on with fruit, marshmallows and rice krispy treats

but i clearly need to figure out the rest

Re: New Years Eve menu?

So far, I wlll order a 6 foot hero. Undecided on American/Italian or doing a Chicken cutlet/Mozzarella/Roasted Pepper Hero.

I will also make:
Baked Ziti
Tortellini Salad w/ Mozzarella and Basil
Possibly a Chicken w/ Rice dish
Waldorf Salad

Oh and for Appetizers, I have different types of chips and crackers that I will serve w/ a variety of cheeses and guacamole dip. I also have spiral sandwich thing I get at BJ's that everyone always seems to love. Also, a veggie platter and MY FAV is I roll sliced Provolone and Salami around a Breadstick.

I think one of my friends is making brownies..and someone else is bringing pastries. Someone else will bring a fruit platter....so Im set w/ dessert. Chat Icon
