newborn photo shoot outfit help
so the first pic are the bloomers i really love and want but im not a fan of how thick the band is on the headpiece.
pic two was a suggestion i got from a etsy vendor about how it would be nice to have the flower be white and the band purple to break up the colors a bit.
do you any of you like this suggestion or should i just have a purple flower made with a thin band?

be really careful buying headbands for newborns. sometimes their heads are so small that the flowers end up looking ridiculously large and overshadow the baby's face. when we did our photo shoot the photographer (the amazing Leslie Simmons) brought all of the headbands with her and they were all perfect. i wouldn't go crazy buying your own stuff unless its something really specific that you HAVE to have a shot of.
but to answer the original question, i like the white flower better, the purple is very dark.

Maybe a smaller flower with a thin band since you already have a lot going on with the ruffles on the diaper cover.

thanks for all the input !!!!!!!!! i really want the bloomers because the colors remind me of what we used on our wedding day.
i really want that type of flower because it looks just like the one i wore on my wedding day
the etsy seller has a smaller flower but with a white band. im waiting to hear if she can make it with a purple band. hope she can do it.

Just wanted to let you know there is a girl I know , she makes beautiful headbands, tutus, bloomers and other accessories for babies/ kids, you can check her out on Facebook the name of the page is "by Zuly C." she is amazing , very reasonanbly priced and takes orders.
She has such cute stuff and lots of Brooklyn,Queens & Manhattan photographers use her stuff.

I also like the white...so precious. I'm not a fan of these ridiculously obnoxious huge flowers on tiny heads...
Thanks for posting this bc I should definitely have two outfits ready for my newborn shoot and it didn't even cross my mind!
