newborns and gas
I think Hannah is a gassy baby. I always hear and/or feel her tummy gurgling. She also tends to have sudden screaming outbursts where she appears to be in pain trying to pass gas or push out a poop. Is it ok to give her mylicon drops this young? (she's 12 days old)

They are ok to use. I used them, didn't think they worked to well but other people I know swear by them.

I give them to Ava every now and then. I don't think there is a limit.

Re: newborns and gas
I give them even though I don't think they really work well for DD. I feel like its worth a try.

Re: newborns and gas
Also, try putting DD on her back and putting her knees up into her chest several times. I think you have to be fairly aggressive though. It doesn't work for me but it does for DH. He gets those knees way up and pushes them into her chest and she does toot. I'm too gentle.
