Let me know your opinions, please!!!
my husband and I have been TTC for over 3 years, I am 33 he is 37. All of are tests are normal. I sososo want to do it w. out any assistance but honestly dont know how much more I can take of AF and its emotional effect on me.
Would would your next step be (or what was it to achieve a successful pregnancy w/ a smiliar situation)....

Really, only you can make that choice. Have you had any discussions with your doctor about next steps? Are you under the care of a RE? I'm all for assistance, as right now, if I'm going to get pregnant, that's the only way it's going to happen for me. I don't care how it's achieved as long as it's achieved.

For me, my next step is Clomid, but it all depends on why you aren't getting PG. I would really take the advice of your dr. and follow your gut.

If you have been trying for 3 years and have not gotten pregnant, then something is wrong. What tests have you had? Are you seeing an RE?

I am in a similar situation; I have not been trying for 3 years, but am 35, going on 36 in a couple of months. DH is 34. I got pg back in May, but had a m/c and have had no luck getting pg again even after an hsg. I think us gettng pg the first time was a fluke. Anyway, we decided the other day that we would try one more time on our own this month, then we are going to IUI w/ clomid for next round. I already met w/ the RE in Sept. I really don't want to do this, and deep down I hope I get pg on my own, especially since I will be doing all the prep for the IUI during this cycle.
You have to do what is right for you, and I'm sure you know that - my feeling is you do whatever it takes to have a baby if you want it badly....unfortunately, not everyone can get pg naturally, at least not in a reasonable time. I read somewhere last night that getting pg involves so much luck since the chances of getting pg each month is so low. It's very sad, but hopefully we will all be pg soon, either with or without assistance.

ITA-I would look into immune issues. What tests HAVE you had?
