Nice house in East Northport
Nice house
we went to see it today and loved it but we need a basement. if any of you are looking in east northport this is a keeper if you don't need the basement!!! the kitchen is phenomenal.
eta: not sure why there aren't any pictures posted..its not like it has anything wrong with it. and there is a basement but it doesn't have the capability really to be finished.

Meg, the house doesn't have a basement therefore there is nothing to finish
the listing says full basement and the OP says there is a basement that cant be finished.

The basement was a cellar..dirt floor and outside entrance only. I guess if you were really handy or wanted to pay the money you could finish it but we're not interested in that kind of work. You'd also have to make an entrance to it from the inside. Sorry i didn't clarify
