Nickerson Beach Park

So I was thinking abut going to Nickerson Beach at Lido beach and I was wondering if it is worth the $30 non-resident fee. I was also wondering if the $30 includes use of the pools or if you have to pay extra to use it.

The public part has a big park and snack stand which is good for kids. You have to buy pool passes as the pools are for cabana renters and we have bracelets for that.
