I agree she isn't that pretty. For having all that money and time to do herself up, she doesn't look that great. And I also agree her legs are so bony. Like the size of my upper arm.

Looks don't really run in that family
I think both sisters are unfortunate looking to be honest.
But Paris has been looking slightly better lately
She's the better looking of the 2
