I think this is the first pic I've seen of Sunday!
The older kids live with Tom & Katie and I've read that they call her "Nicole" instead of Mom. Also, that the fact that they were raised Scientologists is a big bone of contention between her and Tom. I truly feel like she barely sees them..but who knows. You never ever see her photographed at their soccer games, etc.

I am pretty sure the 1st one was. They wanted an infant. I remember they cancelled one adoption because it leaked to the press and they adopted another infant. I am not sure about their second child though.

See, I suspect that the paparazzi aren't very interested in those 2 kids. So you don't see as many pics of those two kids with either parents. Even if they are with them, I think they probably just skip them in photos because Sunday will pull in more $$ in a photo for them.
Also, those kids are older. I really wasn't out and about with my parents all the time when I was a teenager.
